About me

I am Benedikt and since April 2023 I am a research assistant and PhD student in the Department of Social Psychology, where I already worked as a student assistant between November 2020 and September 2022. I completed my bachelor's and master's studies in psychology (apart from an Erasmus semester abroad at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest) at the ¿´Æ¬Èí¼þ Frankfurt am Main. In my master's degree, I specialized in work and organizational psychology (major) and clinical psychology (minor). My research interests are diverse and interdisciplinary, but I currently focus mainly on social identity and leadership. In line with this, my master thesis dealt with the validation of a new instrument to assess identity leadership.
