Welcome Day

Every year in September the Faculty of Biological Sciences introduces itself to all applicants admitted to the Bachelor of Biosciences or Teaching Biology programs.


Our short program will initially provide you with information about your studies in Frankfurt and the faculty. There will be a guided tour of the Riedberg natural science campus and a "trial lecture" by one of our professors. Since it is difficult to talk while listening, we would like to have a barbecue with you. You can get to know us and your future fellow students.

The procedure

If you have received an admission but have not received an invitation to the Welcome Day by end of August, you are welcome to contact us by e-mail at Welcome-Bio@bio.uni-frankfurt.de

Important: Our event is completely independent of the formal admission and registration procedure. Please do not miss to transfer the semester fee and register!
